JVCU and Coronavirus/COVID – A Message to Our Members

What Is Happening? – Sandoval County Updated to "Green" Status, Lobbies are Open.

The health and wellbeing of our members and staff is our top priority. We are keeping a close watch on the spread of the coronavirus/COVID-19 and will continue to monitor updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health officials.

What Can Our Members Do? – Use Our In Branch or Remote Products and Services.

We are open for business and can serve our members needs. We ask that all members use the following services to conduct transactions at JVCU.

 

IN BRANCH BANKING:

Currently there are no restrictions on the number of members allowed inside each branch at one time.


ONLINE BANKING:
www.jvcu.org – you can review account histories, make transfers, pay bills, and apply for a loan.


MOBILE BANKING:
Available in both the Google Play and Apple stores. You can review account histories, make transfers, and apply for a loan.


DRIVE THRU:
The Jemez Springs Branch and the San Ysidro Branch have a full-service drive thru window where you can conduct transactions with an MSR.

Current Jemez Springs Branch Drive-Thru hours: M, T, Th, F: 9am-4pm; W,  9am-1pm

Current San Ysidro Branch Drive-Thru hours: M, T, Th: 9am-4pm; W, Sat: 9am-1pm; F: 9am-5pm


NIGHT DEPOSITORY:  

The Jemez Springs Branch and the San Ysidro Branch will be processing these deposits on an hourly basis during normal business hours, including Saturdays.

ATMs:
Members enjoy access to CU Anytime Machines as well as any Co-Op Network ATM. Most machines allow cash withdrawals, cash and check deposits, and transfers between account.


LOANS:
Loan applications can be obtained from the Drive-Up window or simply visit www.jvcu.org and apply online. Loan closings can be completed using secure emails and DocuSign.


SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES:
Please call us at 575-829-3366 to arrange for Safe Deposit Box Access.

 

What Else Are We Doing?

Enhanced Cleaning:
Additional cleaning measures have been implemented throughout our branches, including sanitizing commonly touched surfaces frequently throughout the day.
 

Travel:
Our Management Team is asking employees to carefully consider their travel plans and is actively monitoring international travel. 

 

Third Parties:
Jemez Valley Credit Union is reaching out to important service providers in an effort to verify appropriate plans are being developed for those businesses and limiting non-essential travel into our office from vendors.

Please know we take preparing for the risks associated with the coronavirus very seriously and have taken a number of measures designed to provide an uninterrupted banking experience for you and all of our members.
